“…we had a wonderful vacation… the wranglers and staff were great, everyone was so friendly, they all treated us like family…”
We hear this all the time from our guests, and we owe it to having a wonderful and highly dedicated staff at Greenhorn. Everyone here believes in the western tradition of hospitality. We also believe in making your riding experience safe and enjoyable at all times. In fact, whether you’re just around the horses, or out on the trail riding, your safety is our primary concern.
That’s why we take exceptional efforts to select and train a herd of horses well suited for guest riding, including both beginners and advanced riders. Our wranglers will carefully select the best horse for your riding level, and then make sure both you and the horse are comfortable with each other. Out on the trails we strive to keep the riding groups as small as possible to ensure your safety and control of the group. The wranglers will give your riding group instructions for each new skill or riding situation before you begin, and then make sure everyone is comfortable with the information before proceeding. This makes your riding safe and enjoyable.
