Greenhorn Creek Guest Ranch offers simple, cozy, comfortable western-style accommodations that are not too rustic and not to fancy, just right for your family vacation. In the main lodge building, we have ten rooms including our Mae West, John Wayne and Cary Grant “themed” rooms.
Mae West, known as one of the most influential movie stars of her time personifies uniqueness. So, our Mae West Room is unique too. It features a comfy queen size bed with beautiful dark wood post bed frame, and the views from this room span across the lush green, horse corral and fishing pond. Mae West photos and posters adore the walls and a candle chandelier hangs predominately in the room. This room is very spacious and handicap accessible.
In celebration of one of the most iconic and recognizable western actors of all time, our John Wayne room captures “The Duke” at his best. This room features two double beds and is by far one of our most desirable rooms to stay. Greeting you at the entrance a life size poster of John Wayne himself, while inside the room features a large shower, writing desk and two comfortable chairs for relaxing.
Cary Grant’s classic Hollywood style has been incorporated into our honeymoon suite, which was also his favorite room while he vacationed at Greenhorn Ranch in the mid 70’s with his daughter. This gorgeous room is also considered our honeymoon suit as it features a king size bed complete with four-poster style bed frame and lace canopy for the brides. The bathroom is beautifully designed with large walk-in shower, vanity sink and set in a rustic tile and stone décor.
The other lodge rooms have configurations that sleep anywhere from two people, up to four people depending how you want to maximize the room. Two of the cozy lodge rooms are located downtowns in the lodge, while the others are all located upstairs in the main lodge.
